The purpose of this project will be to examine and implement methods for extracting summary information from text, by extracting those relevant sentences that best summarize the content. We plan to develop techniques for extracting information from sources of dirty text available on the Internet. More specifically, we expect to concentrate our effort on extracting frequently asked questions from Internet based discussion groups.
