Final Report:
The summer has
come and gone and now it is time to leave this fabulous dream. There is nothing that was terrible about
this summer except for having to leave this wonderful place full of wonderful
people. I have learned so much about my
project, San Diego, and mostly myself. I’d
like to thank everyone who helped me this summer:
Ø
Jeanne-my mentor: you were very helpful and you can be
reassured that I’ll keep in touch for more advice.
Ø
Allan-my boss: you
were very helpful and one of the greatest people I have ever worked with.
Ø
Cynthia-my closest co-worker: you taught me the most. Without
you, I wouldn’t have been able to do most of the things I accomplished
here. Thank you so much for everything.
Ø
Beth-group member and past dmpster: thanks for all of your
help with grad school decisions and with housing.
Ø
Yael-fellow-intern:
you are awesome. You are then
whenever anyone needs you and that’s one of the greatest aspects of anyone- you’re
a true friend. It showed in my last
week. Thanks for everything.
Ø
Claurissa-fellow-dmpster: we had some good times and helped each other through some tough
times.
Ø The rest
of the group: Thanks for letting me be
apart of the best group ever! Who else
would change Friday to “Surf Friday.” I’ll
miss you guys, but hey there’s always SC, right?
Finally, I completed a paper about my project here at SDSC. Please note that this was a great challenge for
me but in the end I think it turned out pretty good. Enjoy!
