About Professor Brockmeyer
Personal Information
Monica Brockmeyer is an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science at Wayne State University.
Her areas of interest include Distributed Systems, Networking, Fault-Tolerant Computing, and Formal Methods.
Currently, she and her graduate students are exploring multi-consistency replication systems, Internet-scale application
monitoring, partially synchronous overlay networks, and stochasticity in massive-scale distributed systems. She
received the National Science Foundation CAREER award in 2004, for the proposal "Monitoring and Assertion-
Checking Internet-Scale Applications."
She lives in Farmington Hills, Michigan, with her husband Ken, her two children, and a new puppy.
