CRA-W Career Mentoring Workshop Agenda

June 9-10, 2007

FCRC Conference, San Diego, CA

On behalf of the Committee on the Status of Women in Computing Research (CRA-W), the Workshop Committee Chair Annie I. Antón welcomes you to the CRA-W Workshop on Research Career Mentoring for Women in Computer Science and Engineering. The goal of the workshop is to provide mentoring activities targeting women in professional research careers. The workshop is structured to provide researchers at all levels with critical information about the culture of and the content required for professional research and contacts with successful role models and mentors. Participants are invited to choose from one of two tracks: 1) academic researchers and graduate students; and 2) industrial and national laboratory women. There are also several joint sessions giving participants an opportunity to interact and network with women in their field.
