I had great difficulty deciding on the correct picture for this month so on this page, I will give you the pictures I had to choose from. In the end I decided to avoid the really depressing ones. These 3 pictures were all taken on the same day, July 6th. The first, about noon, was as the storm was approaching, you can see the retreating sun on the right. The second was taken about 10 minutes later, at the height of the downpour. I was really glad I was inside though I had to close the windows as rain was bouncing into the lab at the height of storm. The last was taken about 3 hours later, except for a couple of mud puddles, you would not have realized that a storm had passes. The one I chose for the top of the page was on a day that a storm passed to the north of us (July 12). |

| August had MUCH better weather than July as it was usually sunny. However by the end of the month, it was starting to cool down even if the day was nice. I really am going to miss Kingston as my time here is nearing to the close. | ||
